Our extra virgin olive oil is crafted from three iconic Tuscan olive varieties: Moraiolo, Leccino, and Frantoio, each contributing its unique character to the oil. Moraiolo delivers bold, peppery notes, Leccino brings a delicate balance of fruitiness, and Frantoio offers a distinctive herbal aroma with hints of artichoke and fresh grass. In Tuscany, the cultivation of olive trees remains deeply rooted in ancient rural traditions, where time-honored methods are carefully preserved. From tree to table, every step reflects the passion and heritage of Tuscan craftsmanship, producing an olive oil that is as authentic as the land itself.

Fertilization is conducted strictly using organic methods, ensuring the health of the soil and the purity of the olives.
Harvesting is done by hand to preserve the integrity of the fruit, and the olives are pressed on-site at our own mill using a traditional cold-extraction process. To guarantee freshness and quality, the olives are processed within 24 hours of being picked.
The olive oil share an intense and fragrant aroma, featuring notes of fresh herbs and vibrant vegetables, reflecting the essence of the Tuscan countryside.

Our farm was one of the first to have an in-house olive mill since 1980, and thanks to the presence of the mill, we have been able to independently produce excellent extra virgin olive oil. This is made possible by crushing the olives within 24 hours of harvest, ensuring the product retains its full characteristics, properties, and freshness.
